She is responsible for working with clients and customers in Florida and Georgia. She also trains and recruits makeup artists and sales staff. Additionally, she forecasts monthly and yearly sales totals. During her time at Smashbox Cosmetics, Ms. Dabro has played a vital role in introducing the brand and its products to 20 countries, including Trinidad, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Guatemala, Colombia and Mexico. She has had the opportunity to work with numerous celebrities, including Gloria Estefan, Marc Anthony, Rosie O'Donnell and Celia Cruz.

A licensed cosmetologist, Ms. Dabro was honored with a Best of the Best Award by Smashbox Cosmetics in 2000.
